    How quickly will I hear back?
    Within 1–2 business days. Every message is read by a person on the sourcing team, so it can take a little longer over a weekend or a public holiday.
    Can I see the platform before I pay?
    Yes. There is a 7-day trial with no charge until day 8, and the homepage demo runs a real search without an account. If you would rather have a guided walkthrough first, ask for one in the form.
    Do you work with small first orders?
    Yes. Most buyers start with a sample or a small production run to test a supplier. Tell us the quantity and the destination in your message and we will be specific about what is realistic.
